Super Formation Soccer 94 is a 1994 soccer game from Human Entertainment that was released exclusively on the Super Famicom. It is the third game in their Super Formation Soccer series. It is based on the 1994 World Cup event, held in the USA, and features the twenty four national teams that qualified that year.
