Jeu Streets of Rage 3

Streets of Rage 3 aimed to build on the success of its predecessor, so while the gameplay style and control scheme are mostly identical to the previous games, significant changes were made to the overall structure of the game. Streets of Rage 3 is a release with a faster pace, longer levels, a more complex storyline (which in turn leads to deeper scenarios with interactive levels and multiple endings) and the return of traps such as pits.

Each character's arsenal was enhanced with dashes and dodges, and weapons can now only be used a few times before breaking. Changes in combat mechanics allow for the integration of weapons with specific move sets. Team attacks, which were absent in Streets of Rage 2 but available in the original Streets of Rage, return and are sometimes used by enemies as well.

Special moves performed while running were also changed and can now be upgraded throughout the game (depending on the number of points scored per level). Death results in a level decrease, but holding the X button before a series of button combinations can give players access to an enhanced set of moves at any point in the game at the cost of time needed to perform attacks.

Enemies have also become smarter with weapons; some can even steal health upgrades, and there are several secret playable characters unlocked by meeting certain conditions in the game. Special moves no longer drain the user's health - a separate, auto-replenishing gauge has been introduced for this purpose.
