Being the only title based on the TV Anime Moero! Top Striker, the game is played on a left-right perspective. Unlike in any other common soccer games of its time, it is only possible to control a single soccer player (star player) who possesses a special shot. The teams are based on soccer teams from Italy. These includes Napoli and Milan, for example. There are also national teams like England, Germany and Italy.
